In Vendee, the HOTEL DE L'ATLANTIQUE is situated in the pedestrian streets of LA TRANCHE-SUR-MER a dynamic seaside resort reputed for its sunshine and 13 kms of sandy beaches. Your holidays will take place in a small establishment, original and typical. The hotel is 300m from the beach and allows you to enjoy a great variety of activities available nearby: sea bathing, swimming pool (the municipal pool is at 500m), watersports (surfing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, sailing...) with sailing schools, fishing, sites and monuments of interest, festivities, shops and market. In the summer a free bus, the FUN BUS, is available to get around town

Opposite the Ile de Re, enjoy all the variety of coastal cuisine, fish, shellfish and crustaceans and play with the flavours of the summer. During your stay you will also taste the specialities and wines of Vendee.

La Tranche sur Mer is very bike-friendly, numerous cycle paths are available for all your journeys. The town is also on LA VELODYSEE, a 1200km French section of the ATLANTIC COAST ROUTE (a cycle path from Norway all the way to Portugal). For your holidays, sporting or relaxed, the Atlantique can keep your bikes in a safe place throughout your stay.

ACCESSIBILITY: The restaurant is accessible to all types of handicaps, unfortunately the hotel is not adapted for wheelchairs as the rooms are upstairs and there isn't an elevator.
